A decade in marketing. Now building the systems that run it.

I design and ship AI-driven automation for marketing teams — the workflows, agents and reporting that remove manual work and make growth repeatable.

01 — What I work on

The four areas most of the work falls into

A

Workflow automation

Mapping the manual steps in a funnel and replacing them with reliable, monitored pipelines.

B

AI agents & assistants

Purpose-built assistants for research, qualification, content and support — scoped, evaluated and shipped.

C

Marketing systems

Lifecycle, lead routing and campaign operations, built by someone who ran the marketing side for ten years.

D

Data & reporting

Clean sources, automated reporting and dashboards people actually open on Monday morning.

Case studies

Case 012026

Vendor & raffle operations platform

An outdoor industry expo

200+ vendors, a live charity raffle and event-day check-in were all being run off spreadsheets, a Dropbox folder and a Google Form — with the coordinator as the single point of failure.

One operations platform: a self-serve vendor portal with an interactive venue map, a raffle engine that draws winners and closes ticket sales automatically, and QR check-in.

AdPilot — Meta Ads automation

Productized SaaS, built and operated in-house

Operators running their own Meta Ads burn hours a week on the same mechanical setup — duplicating audiences, refreshing creative, rebuilding campaign structures — using tools designed for agencies.

A subscription product that turns a multi-hour Meta Ads workflow into a 30-second setup: pick a goal, pick a target, ship. Campaigns launch and refresh without opening Ads Manager.

Case 032026

Event CRM & lifecycle email

An outdoor industry expo

Every email went out by hand — vendor confirmations, raffle-winner notices, RSVP follow-ups — with no campaign tooling, no preview before send, and no record of who had been sent what.

An in-house CRM with a campaign composer, live preview and event-segmented sending, plus a transactional layer that fires winner, reminder and notification emails across the whole lifecycle.

Case 042026

Shopify rebuild + lifecycle email

An adventure-vehicle retailer

A tangle of legacy theme edits and half-installed apps, plus an email platform sending the welcome series to people who had already bought a vehicle. The marketing team had stopped trusting their own data.

A clean theme rebuild on a maintained base, a lifecycle program that respects purchase history, and an automation bridge keeping the two in sync without a paid ETL layer.

Case 052026

CRM, project and ads dashboards

Internal tooling, built for my own operation

Off-the-shelf CRMs and PM tools assume a team of five and bury the half-dozen views that actually matter when you are running client work, sales and ads yourself.

Three internal apps — CRM, project dashboard and a Meta Ads dashboard — sharing one auth session and one data model. Every gap gets felt here before a client is asked to live with one.

Case 062026

Landing-page system + print collateral

A luxury-vehicle dealership

Paid search and social traffic was being dumped onto a slow, generic dealer-network page, while showroom print collateral lived in disconnected design files.

A reusable landing-page system where each campaign gets a focused page built from shared brand primitives, plus a generator that outputs print-ready collateral from the same content.

05 — About

Marketing first, automation second.

Ten years in marketing, two in automation, and billions of AI tokens spent finding out where the technology actually holds up. That order matters: the systems I build are shaped by the work they replace, not the other way around.

If you have a process that runs on copy-paste, spreadsheets and reminders, that is usually the first thing worth automating.

Let's find the work worth automating.
